'S =      IS ?      HAS ?       un génitif ?

• ex 1 : Peter's my friend. => verbe 'be' conjugué( => IS) + contracté (=>'S)

• ex 2 : He's ( = 'is' de 'be') at the swimming pool. He's swimming. => forme progressive du présent (IS + Ving).
• ex 3 : He's got his goggles on.   => forme contractée de 'has got' (verbe avoir).
• ex 4 : He's won the competition.  => present perfect (has + participe passé de 'win'=> 'won' + contraction de 'has' =>'s).
• ex 5 : He's (= 'is') Tim's friend, too. (l'ami de Tim => génitif).
