    You'll say :
    In
    the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening...
    But :
    On
    Sunday morning, on Sunday afternoon, on Sunday evening...

    Don't use the prepositions before :
    last - next - every - this
     

              - I saw him last week.      - I'll see him next week.  

              - I'll see him this morning.  - I see him everyday.
