Smith, of Newquay, Cornwall, was driving the seven-foot porbeagle shark to a restaurant when he had to brake sharp. The shark shooted from its icebox and, when Smith tryed to shove it back, he caught him right hand in its mouth, severing an artery.
    ' The nurses at the hopital couldn ' t stop laughing, ' he said. ' I must am the first person in history to be attaked by a shark on dry land. '
