    Compound words with some,any...

     Hello there !

Mots composés avec some, any, no et every

Des pronoms composés peuvent être formés à partir de some, any, no et every :

    • Some/ thing / one / body / where    ex :There is someone in the garage
    • Any / thing / one / body / where     ex : Is there anything to eat?
    • No / thing / one / body / where       ex : Nobody came
    • Every / thing / one / body / where   ex : Everything is perfect !

Somebody/someone came in the garden.

Something smells nice here ! Quelque chose sent bon ici !

Your book is somewhere on the shelf.

There is nobody here.

    Somebody else = some other person = quelqu'un d'autre

Nowhere else = no other place = nulle (autre) part ailleurs

    Mode d'emploi :

I want to give you something  et non pas : I want to give you anything

     Attention  Attention Attention

Everybody can come and have their present.

Everybody loves chocolate, don't they ?
