          11g  active dry yeast  for making cake rise

          1/4  cup warm water (45°)        

          1/2  cup slightly warm milk        

          1   tablespoon butter                   

          1   teaspoon granulated sugar   

          3/4  teaspoon salt                        

          1  egg                                               

          1  cup flour

    Take a bowl and the yeast while I'm stirring the milk, the butter,
    the flour and the sugar
