    1. Before you do or say anything you'll , remove yourself from the situation ,and go for walk
    2. Try taking slow breathes,giving your a chance to slow down.
    3. Go and talk to a friend ,or your feelings down.
    4. Anger is almost a of another emotion,such as frustration,sadness,guilt.
    5. The most effective approach is to ask yourself what it is you need
    6. If you're feeling or misunderstood,it can make you angry
    7. You're still feeling angry,then try to express it the right way of flying off the hands
    8. Everyone is to their opinion
    9. Try to make reasonable demands,and blaming and finger-pointing.
    10. You should be prepared to listen to their and try to understand ,even if you don't agree.
