    1. I spent two years Greece after I finished my degree.

    2. I lived the island of Crete for the first year.

    3. Then I moved Salonika.

    4. Crete was a great experience but Salonika was going the complete .

    5. I had read so much Salonika that I thought I was going to like it.

    6. I lived about three kilometres the centre and taught children English.

    7. There were few English people the city.

    8. Then I became ill and spent days going hospital to hospital having tests.

    9. My Greek was terrible so I never understood what the doctors were saying me.

    10. Finally, one year, I gave up and went home.
