    Daedalus and his son, Icarus, had to escape from Crete. Daedalus worked , and made a pair of wings for himself and his son.The wings were made of feathers and wax. Before they left Crete, he told his son two things. He said, you must fly . Don't fly too , because the sun will melt your wings. Don't fly too because the sea will wet your wings. They left Crete and flew up into the sky. Icarus forgot his father's words and began to fly . He flew too high and the sun melted his wings. He fell into the blue sea and he died .
