Yet they can be used for local ( N E D E S ) . The costs are then very low. For the moment, oil fields are located on fields belonging to private ( D S W R O L N N E A ) . There is a ( G G I W O R N ) interest in that type of business. Many landowners are now resorting to ( R B O E S P ) financed by oil companies to study the possibility to start the exploitation.
