    Reference number YR 1134

    Dear Sir or Madam.
I ' m writing to you to complain about the standar of accommodation at the holliday cottage I booked through your company.

At the time of booking, I stipulate that we required a double-bedroomed cottage with two bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The brochure state that the kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. However on our arival, we discovered that the second bed consist of a sofabed in the living room. Morover the kitchen which had not been cleaned contained no microwave and no disheswasher.

We complained immediately to your agent who telled us that they must have been a mistake.
The standard of accommodation that we were forced to accept severely reduced the enjoyment of our holiday and so, under the term from your guarantee.
I would like to request compensation.

I look forward to a reasonable offer within the next 15 days.

    Yours faithfully.
    Peter Nohappy
