    Hi Eric

    Basis difference between perform and implementation are as given below.
    1. Perform(verb) means to do something with care or as a duty e.g.
    The doctor performed the operation.

    2. Implementation(noun) means the act of putting something into practical effect e.g.
    The government is pressing for immediate implementation of its new policies.
