    Message de guilycreole56 posté le 11-11-2007 à 16:42:55 (S | E | F | I)

Hi everybody, How are you ?

So, I search small words with which we can introduce a sentence (like "thus", "however", etc.), ...

I would be very happy if you could to help me...

    Thank you in advance...

    Hi Guily,
So, While, Also, When, Where, Soon, Since, Such, Firstly, Now.
Are these the sort of words you are looking for?

One point where you need to be careful is that in theory one should not start a sentence with a conjunction in English. This rule is largely ignored nowadays, although a few conjunctions like "and" and "but" should really be avoided as openers, however "If" and others are commonly seen at the beginning of sentences in modern English.
    William.

    hello,
there are three types of connectors:

1-addition: besides, in addition, moreover, furthermore.

    2-contrast:however, meanwhile, yet, nevertheless, still.

3-consequence: as a consequence, as a result, consequently, therefore, thus

    good luck
