    Hello to everybody
    I would like to know which of these two sentences is correct.

    1. the problem of braindrain has been acute for poorer countries that lose workers to wealthier countries or
    2. the problem of braindrain has been acute for poorer countries that lose workers for wealthier countries


    moreover can more so as rend d'autant plus que

    for instance braindrain affects developing countries more so as developed countries tempt workers away.

    Je dirais:
    The braindrain problem has been/is acute for poorer countries, which are losing/lose workers to wealthier countries.
