Active et passive voice^^

Hello!!
I've an activity about the active and passive voice (comme d'habitude)!!!
Transform the verbs from the active to the passive form using'by'.Make any necessary changes.
a-Fumes from automobile exhaust pipes 'cause' air pollution.
Air pollution is caused by the fumes of automobile exhaust pipes.

b-Water pollution 'will deplete'many water zones of their oxygen soon.
Many water zones will be depleted from their oxygen by the water pollution soon.

c-The Algerian government'will ban'cigarette smoking next year.
Cigarette smoking will be banned by the Algerian government in the next year.

d-The post and telecommunication Ministry has already issued a lot of environmental stamps.
A lot of environmental stamps has already been issued by the post and telecommunication Ministry.

e-We haven't imposed drastic limits on gas emissions and noise yet.
Drastic limits haven't been imposed by us yet.!!!!!!!!!

OK...that's all i've corrected it but i know that it's full of mistakes so...
please help me and i'll never forget your pleasure...good bye and thanks

   Air pollution is caused by the fumes of automobile exhaust pipes.
2. Water pollution 'will deplete' many water zones of their oxygen soon.
   Many water zones will be depleted from of their oxygen by the water pollution soon.
3. The Algerian government 'will ban' cigarette smoking next year.
   Cigarette smoking will be banned by the Algerian government in the next year.
4. The Post and Telecommunications Ministry has already issued a lot of environmental stamps.
   A lot of environmental stamps has have already been issued by the Post and Telecommunications Ministry.
5. We haven't imposed drastic limits on gas emissions and noise yet.
   No drastic limits haven't been imposed by us yet.
   Ce dernier exemple est un peu difficile au niveau de la négation ; pour l'exercice peut-être mettre à l'affirmatif ?
