    Correction/Mythes et héros
    Message de solembum posté le 01-03-2015 à 19:21:56 (S | E | F)
    Bonsoir!

1)--> I’m going to talk about the notion of myth and heroes.
First of all I would like to give a definition of this notion. A myth is a real or invented story which including humans or animals characters, who are wonderful or divine. In the myth we are telling their adventures which relate generally to a religious or popular belief.
A hero is also a person real or fictitious who has making an extraordinary act which has doing enter his name in the legend and who is quote for example.
To my mind Robin Hood is a good illustration of a myth, we don’t know if he was lived but he is very popular and he is known as a robber who steal rich to help the poor. Another story is the myth of Prometheus. He was a Titan. He made man and he stole the fire from Zeus which is representing the knowledge. We have also the Whale Rider in the Maori’s culture; it’s the legend of the first people who has becoming in their village on the back of a whale.
Commonly, a hero is a super hero, with superpower, like Superman or Hulk. But in the reality we have a lot of person who are making extraordinary acts in the real life: the firemen or the group of hero in the street of New York calling Superheroes Anonymous who is helping the person at stake in the city and there are also great men like Alan Turing in the World War II who are allowed to change and improve the world.
