    Hello,

    You will either find " You are not" or " you aren't' or "you're not". You can add " no, **" but it is not compulsory. You fill find the contracted form in oral speeches and the full form in written language...

    Yes, both sentences are correct.

    No, we're not = No, we are not. (contraction of we + are)

    No, we aren't = No we are not. (contraction of are + not)
