Hello,i want to ask a question about a sentence. "Place a classified ad in newspapers with a delivery reach". what does the phrase" a delivery reach" mean?

In Advertisement and Marketing,
Delivery Reach. Expressed as a percentage, reach is the number of individuals (or homes) you want to expose your product (here advertisement) to through specific media scheduled over a given period of time.
Reach and frequency are important aspects of an advertising plan and are used to analyse alternative advertising schedules to determine which produce the best results relative to the media plan's objectives.
In your case, it probably means you have to decide the targeted zone (countries/cities), how long, how many times a month/year...

The phrase "a delivery reach" is completely incomprehensible to me, and I am a native speaker of English. (Perhaps it is some kind of advertising/marketing speak, but if so, no one else is going to understand it.)

I think "a delivery reach" means a more available organization or other something, or you can say that is "Place a classified ad in newspapers with a apparent classification" may be ..
