    have a problem: if we watch a video and then we want to tell the story of that video to someone, what will we use to tell it? past tense or simple tense?

    Hello

    It depends! You will generally start out in present tense...
    But any events that have finished will be in the past unless they are still occurring.
    This video is about the Olympic Games that were held in London in 2012. It contains all of the medal events from the Games as well as the opening and closing ceremonies...
