    Asking a question/correction
    Message from winniewenyi posted on 02-12-2012 at 05:39:35 (D | E | F)
    Hello,

    Could you help me please?

    Is the following sentence correct?
The bigger the number of cars is, the more danger drivers and pedestrians might face, and the more serious air pollution will become.
    Thank you for your answers.

    Hello,
Just a couple of things really:
The first part of your sentence sounds a bit clumsy. I would write "The more cars there are" or "The greater the number of cars there are".
Instead of 'might' I would write 'may'.
Hope this helped, everything else seemed ok.
