    Hello,

    Could you help me please?
Which/What is your bike?>>>>>>The blue bike.
Is it possible to choose What instead of Which in your opinion?
    Thanks in advance

    Hello,
Which one is your bike ? the red one or the blue one ? The blue one.
Which bike is yours ? the red one or the blue one ? The blue one.
Which one of these bikes is yours? The blue one.
"What" wouldn't fit. What is your bike is wrong!
    At a pinch:
What is your bike ? a Bianchi, a good Italian make !
What make is your bike ? A Bianchi !
What is your bike like ? It is very light and very easy to ride.
What colour is your bike ? Blue!

    Hello,

What is your bike? --> The blue one.
    Your sentence doesn't make sense.
When you have to choose between two or among several things, you have to use 'which'.
