    Hello ,

    Can you help me please?
    the sentence is : " A third heart attack finally finished off his uncle."
    Why " A third ..." , I would say “The third heart .....”, isn’t it an ordinal ?

    Hello,
    "a" is correct:
    His uncle had a first heart attack in November, he had a second heart attack in December and a third heart attack finally finished him off in January!
