    Number 1a is wrong
Number 2 A and B are correct but the second is more usual .
    Bye

    Hello,
"do you" is followed by the verb base, not the full infinitive.
    Do you play tennis ?
Help can be both a normal verb and behave as an auxiliary verb, without the to.

Help me to carry that bag.
    Help me carry that bag.

Dare would behave so as well:
    He didn't dare to come.
    He didn't dare come.
