    Meaning of subject/help
    Message from nochnicht posted on 20-11-2014 at 09:11:59 (D | E | F)
    Hello,
Could you help me please? Thank you for any reply.

Neither the group nor its members are the subject of laws that have forbidden relationship.
In this sentence, what is the meaning of "the subject of laws"?

    Hello,
By 'subject of a law', one means here a person to whom the law applies. This sentence says in somewhat complicated terms, that members of that group may form a relationship, there's no law against it. Cheers.

'sentence', not 'sentences' - thank you Violet91 for pinpointing the misprint!

    Hello ,
The sentence means there is no rule in legal terms for either the group or its members to get along together . They can live and do as they like ; no law exists to judge , to stop and sentence them for making friends and having relationships .
    Hope this helps too .
