    You can get such an answer if you ask, for example:

    - Are you going to give it another try?
    - Don't you think it might be worth another try?

    You could also use "ever" which means "once in your life"
    Are you ever going to try it again ?
    No, I'm never going to try it again .
    No, I'm not going to try it again.

    Are you likely to try it again ?
    No, I'm not going to try it again.
