    Different opinion/help
    Message from baodali posted on 25-01-2015 at 07:30:42 (D | E | F)
    Hello,
sorry to bother you again. There is a different opinion between me and my colleague because of this following statement ,
"For most of them, fifty pence is a small price to pay for a nice big bar of chocolate".my colleague thought this phrase"to pay for a nice big bar of chocolate" is a adverbial.
On the contrary,I regarded it as the infinitive,so I try to change the original statement to another:"Fifty pence which (they) paid for a nice big bar of chocolate is a small price".I am not sure whether my understanding is right or not.
    Could you help me,please.
    Thanks for any reply.
