    Hello,
could anyone tell me which one of those words I must use?
    I'm never too sure.
    Thank you for any reply.

    Hello,
I suppose a dictionary would help you.

    ache: I've got a headache, toothache, stomach-ache.
My feet hurt / my feet are killing me!
Does it hurt ? is more common than "does it ache ?"
I am aching all over !
I've got a pain in my leg.
insults: You are a pain in the neck (relatively correct)
You're a pain in the ass/arse (er... less correct)
    Is it painful ?

sore (gave sorry) for me is more a wound, rubbing....
    I've got a sore throat.
