    hi everyone
Could you help me please? I'd like to know if it is possible to say "everyone has a child in his heart".
    Thanks for any reply.

    Good morning.
yes, we can say everyone has a child in his heart = tout le monde a un enfant dans son coeur.
Good luck for your English work.

    Hello!
The phrase everyone has a child in his heart is grammatically correct, though not really said. Better would be: Everyone is a child at heart.
