    Explanation/sentence
    Message from eva8 posted on 01-10-2016 at 15:53:11 (D | E | F)
    Hello
    could anyone help me,please?
Could you explain to me the meaning of "The restrained dawn strains behind the crowd"?
I would like to translate it in French so please, could you say the same sentence with other English words?
The text below is the only time I found this sentence in a context :

"There was a point in time when I didn't know what was going to happen to me. I was so shy and quiet. But then when I turned 40, things changed for me. I moved in a residential health-care facility and it changed my whole outlook on life. My social life was so much more active.
The restrained dawn strains behind the crowd.
And so the past four years, I love my life.
I wrote a book about my life called "Bouncing Back" (About My Depression, Bipolar, and Social Anxiety)"
Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,
Maybe it means: After a struggling life, everything turns OK.
    xxx
