1) WHERE ARE YOUR LESSONS?
Our lessons are not sent inside the newsletters. You must click on the links provided at the bottom of our newsletters (section: "The lessons of the newsletter") .

2) WHEN ARE NEWSLETTERS SENT?
On Mondays, sometimes on Sundays evenings.

3) HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE?
There is no unsubscription option on the site. Simply click on the sentence "Click here to unsubscribe", which appears on the very last line of our messages. You will be automatically removed.

4) WHERE ARE THE ARCHIVES OF YOUR NEWSLETTERS?
Our newsletters are not archived, but you can find our previous lessons here:
