    Peter said, “He may have had an accident. The roads are terribly slipery .
    “I don ' t think so”, Dick said. The roads may be dangerious, OK, but he ' s a good driver and he ' s never had an accident so far. He may have forgoten all about it, that ' s all”.
    “Oh, come on! Not John! You ' re the kind of guy to do this, Dick, not him ' .
