    Penne carbonara.

    Cooking Penne carbonara.

    What ? A recipe ?

Yes, and a good one (and free), I'm not joking.

Culture, literature, are important, sure, but would life really be  enjoyable without having the possibility of savouring delicious 'nourritures terrestres', at last from time to time?

Here, I propose you a nonconformist way of practising and improving your English: Cooking.

Just follow the instructions and also put at their right place the miscarriaged words.

    Today, I propose Penne carbonara.

This is the way it should be done, guys. Simple, quick and cheap.

    Enjoy your meal.

    6. toss it with the warm, crispy pancetta and the egg .

    7. A lot of carbonaras are over-cooked and resemble a egg sauce -

    8. if you add the penne immediately the residual is enough to cook the eggs for the sauce to stay smooth and silky.

    9. Season well, using plenty of freshly ground black , and add extra Parmesan to taste.

    10. Serve straight away, with a big bowl of salad and a bottle of red wine.
