I agree with your opinion about what I asked.
This is very awful and I asked the same question to my classmates in English.You should have seen the face of my English teacher.

Take it easy, girls! It is a JOKE. Some people find it funny, I don't!
I read an article about that hoax a few months ago but I can't remember if it was in a paper or, more probably, on the net. You can relax none of the kittens have been tortured so. And so much the better too!!!
The trouble is some kids (or even grown-ups) might try to experiment...
