Your English is good. If you don't mind, I will suggest a few corrections:
"I want to have contact English" --> it would be better to say either "I would like to have English contacts" or "I would like to make English contacts"
"I have 16 years old" --> "I am 16 years old"
"if you want becoming my friend" --> "if you want to become my friend"
Incidentally, I was born in California - there are much better places to dream about. :-)
