now, my question is: do you think that it' s possible for someone to come in help at an unknown person, by this i mean a person he have never seen by eyes in reality, only virtually on the internet. please reply me, i want the answer at this problem

It depends if you have been corresponding by email with this person for a long time, so that you think you know the person even if you never saw her, and so that you think you can trust this person.
If it's a total stranger to you, maybe you should be careful. Now it depends on which kind of help this person is asking for.

You can come in help at an unknow or know person only if this person want to be help and also if he wants to lose his problem. It seems an evidence but some people complain (=se complaisent) in their problem.
Not because they are stupid but only because they are not able to lose their problem at the present. They need time to lose it.
