Hello everyone!
Practicing will help me enhance my level... So I practise! 😺
Here are 4 other sentences I've translated. Could you help me correct them by pointing out my mistakes, please? thanks!

1) Aussi curieux que cela paraisse, on n'avait pas entendu parler de ce projet avant une date récente.
Curious as it appear, that project hadn't been heard of before a recent date.

2) Tout ce qu'il demande, c'est de pouvoir retrouver du travail ainsi que sa dignité humaine.
All he wants/asks is to be able to find employment back and his human dignity.

3) Elle ne gagne pas encore sa vie bien qu'elle ait obtenu un excellent diplôme il y a quatre ans.
She doesn't earn enough money for a living yet although/even though she got an excellent diploma four years ago.

4) Quel dommage qu'il n'ait pas travaillé davantage! Il aurait réussi son examen sans la moindre difficulté.
What a pity/shame he didn't work more! He could have passed his exam without a hint of trouble/difficulty.

Pour une raison quelconque, je n'arrive pas à utiliser les couleurs, j'espère que ce n'est pas trop confus.

1) Aussi curieux que cela paraisse, on n'avait pas entendu parler de ce projet avant une date récente.
Curious as it appear conjugaison! (ou avec un modal), that project hadn't been heard of before a recent date.

2) Tout ce qu'il demande, c'est de pouvoir retrouver du travail ainsi que sa dignité humaine.
All he wants/asks is to be able to find employment back and his human dignity. (place de back: retrouver s'applique aussi à la dignité)

3) Elle ne gagne pas encore sa vie bien qu'elle ait obtenu un excellent diplôme il y a quatre ans.
She doesn't earn enough money for a living yet although/even though she got an excellent diploma four years ago.

4) Quel dommage qu'il n'ait pas travaillé davantage! Il aurait réussi son examen sans la moindre difficulté.
What a pity/shame he didn't work more! (plutôt le pluperfect : le travail est antérieur à la réussite ou non) He could have passed his exam without a hint of trouble/difficulty.

Hello!

- Aussi ... que = As ... as
- ~~Before a recent date~~ Until recently
- "Back" doesn't really go with "find". I think "regain" would be better.
- I think the simple past is better (because the "anteriority" isn't the main point of the sentence).
- I would replace "work" with "study", or "more" with "harder" (or both).
- "Could" isn't quite right.

(As) curious as it appears, that project hadn't been heard of until recently (does "until a recent date" work?).

2) Tout ce qu'il demande, c'est de pouvoir retrouver du travail ainsi que sa dignité humaine.
All he wants/asks is to be able to regain both employment and his human dignity.

3) Elle ne gagne pas encore sa vie bien qu'elle ait obtenu un excellent diplôme il y a quatre ans.
She doesn't earn enough money for a living yet although/even though she got an excellent diploma four years ago.

4) Quel dommage qu'il n'ait pas travaillé davantage! Il aurait réussi son examen sans la moindre difficulté.
What a pity/shame he didn't study more! He would have passed his exam without a hint of trouble/difficulty.

Curious as it appears, that project hadn't been heard of until recently ...est la phrase correcte.
As ...as est employé pour le comparatif d'égalité, et il semble que traviskidd n'ait pas compris l'expression en français; le test mentionné est correct

'until a recent date' semble bizarre.

Bien que cela ne soit pas totalement clair, je pense que "Elle ne gagne pas encore sa vie" signifie en fait qu'elle ne travaille pas encore. Pour dire "elle ne gagne pas encore assez d'argent",il faudrait ajouter l'adverbe "bien" :
"Elle ne gagne pas encore bien sa vie".
