Bonsoir,
Dans l'exercice sur les verbes progressifs en ING. Certaines phrases me font exiter:
I am cooking dinner tonight, would you like to come?
C'est parce qu'elle fait un dîner ce soir, qu'elle lui propose de venir.
Donc ce n'est pas habituel qu'elle cuisine le soir?
J'ai donc écrit I cook dinner tonight,... Est-ce correct?

It not working, I think it's broken.
le verbe est en ING parce qu'on considère que l'appareil fonctionnait toujours avant. Est-ce bien cela?

Hello.
Present progressive can be used for the near future as well as for an action that is happening right now.
So...In a couple hours, I will be cooking dinner is possible, but I am cooking dinner tonight is also correct.
The addition of the word 'tonight' means that it is not habitual. Usually my sister cooks dinner, but tonight I am cooking. I cook dinner at night/every night is habitual and therefore simple present is required.
'It not working' is missing the first element in the formation of present progressive; verb+ing is not the problem.
