    Present / past tense
    Message from human00 posted on 16-08-2019 at 12:59:30 (D | E | F)
    Hello,
    Could you help me please?

Which one is correct, there is or there was for a situation which tells about someone who already died but he keeps impressing others by his spirit.
Example : I realised there was a boy who still impresses others by his spirit 💪🏼 or I realised there is a boy who still impresses others by his spirit 💪🏼
    Help me please....

    Hello
    mistakes in blue.
Which one is correct? there is or there was for a situation which telling is about someone who already died but keeps impressing others by (with) his spirit.

I realised there was a boy who still impresses(impressed) others by(with/through/thanks to) his spirit.
The preterite is used to respect tense matching.
