    In Europe, trains are thought to be fast; on the other side of the Atlantic, domestic planes are often preferred...

     

     

     

    Anyway, taking a train in Europe may be an adventure...delays, passengers taking trains should be ready to have looooong journeys and eventful trips! 

    (it took my family 11 hours to go to the Alps before Christmas...) It's a pity, really, because theoretically

    1. 'I don’t want my family to at the station.I hate goodbyes.'



    2. I hate in most stations… They are cold and noisy! Quite unpleasant really…



    3. To go to the mountains around Xmas, it’s indispensable to seats in autumn, because the trains are always packed.

    9. Our train had to stop for long minutes, and I was afraid we might , but we didn’t!



    10. It’s always thrilling when the blows his whistle to start our train.
