    We all have to go through administrative procedures which are most of the time real drudgeries... 

    Applying for (or renewing) a passport or an ID, applying for visas to travel, filling in all sorts of

    forms, varied applications...  In short, Administration (shall I say "red tape"?) in what is boring,

    tiring, and even exhausting because of all the steps it imposes...
