    variations in temperatures. Not only do we have to heat our houses and warm our bodies, but 

    we must also find alternatives to do it without spoiling, polluting, the planet more than it is now.   

     

    Thanks to progress, we also have more and more appliances to make our daily chores easier 

    (the housework ) while we're striving to consume as little electric power as possible.
