    2. I bet you say such lines every now and then. What could it be that causes such reactions ? It is simply caused by lack of interpersonal communication, and personally I run into daily situations when I have to explain myself to avoid any .

    3. Communication is like a where you find the messenger at one end trying to cross to the other end in order to deliver the message. Besides the bridge being safe and secured, the messenger maybe hindered by such as language, impatience, fear, poor timing, dreadful weather, breakdowns, distractions, and much more.

    4. Lack of interpersonal communication is always there no matter if you are an excellent or not. This is because people's perception differs from one another and most of the time it may not match the intent message conveyed.

    5. Words alone can't transmit the message, in fact there are other factors that go along with it. There is the tone of voice, , posture, facial expression, etc. Hence, you could be communicating even when you think you're not.

    6. Interpersonal communication conflict may happen between males and females, different , team members, parents, families and friends. This happens because the verbal and non-verbal style is different from one individual to another.

    7. One of the important ways to avoid such conflicts is learning how to your communication style to the person you're dealing with and the situation you're in.

    8. Take a minute and think about our current lifestyle. We hardly listen or read a word for word due to time and this is where our messages get lost in transition.
