    Dictation - Scotch Egg Recipe

    Find 10 mistakes in this text.
    STEP 1
    Cook the eggs ‘soft-boiled ' in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 6 minutes. Cool in ice water.

    STEP 2
    Peel and chope the onion. Place the veal stuffing, paprika, mustard, washed and chopped parley and 2 egg yoks (set aside the whites for breadcrumbs ) in the bowl of a food processor. Aseson with salt and pepper and blend everything together. Divide into four equal balls.

    STEP 3
    Carefully peel the eggs, place them on kitchen paper dabing them dry. Cut 4 squares of cling film and flaten each ball of stuffing into a circle. Place the egg on top and fold the cling film over to form a perfect ball. Repeat for all the eggs.

    STEP 4
    Whik the egg whites with a little salt and pepper and dip the Scotch eggs (after removing the cling film ) into a deep plate containing the flour, egg whites and breacrumbs, in that order. (The last two steps can be repeated to give the Scotch eggs a nice crut ).

    STEP 5
    Heat the oil to 170°C or heat a pan with frying oil. Dip the bread eggs into the oil and cook for 5 minutes, turning them regularly to ensure even browning. Drain on kitchen paper.

    STEP 6
    Arrange the halved eggs in a salad bowl garnished with a mixture of salad leaves.
