    Charlie Chaplin was born in England in 1889.

    At the age of 23 he moved to USA where he had his major successes.

    But, in 1952, accused of un-American activities he returned to United Kingdom,

    and finally made home in Switzerland.

    lake Baïkal

    is in Siberia.

    Like lake Tanganyika it was formed in an ancient rift valley. It is the oldest and the deepest lake in the world.

    It is fed by 300 rivers. The main ones are Selenga river

    and Chikoy river.

    It is drained through the Angara river into Ienissei

    and at last Arctic Ocean.
