       +  a noun,

     

    'what' / 'such'

     

    What a lovely girl! 

    She's such a lovely girl! 

     

    Warning! Don't forget the article if it is required (singular uncountable noun) :

    What a lovely girl! Quelle jolie fille !

     

      (Plural or uncountable noun => no article)

    She has such beautiful hair! 

     

     

      + adjective / verb

     

    We use 'how'

    How tall you are now Bob! 

     

     

     

    'so' can also be used:

    He drives so fast!
