Mayonnaise my way - English lesson
This is how my mayonnaise is made.
First of all, the egg yolks are beaten in a bowl.
Then the garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper are added.
These ingredients are mixed together well.
Then one drop of oil is added to the mixture.
The mixture is beaten again for a short time.
The process is repeated for a few minutes.
When the mixture is thick, larger drops are added.
At this point, a teaspoon of vinegar is put in (or lemon juice).
The rest of the oil is added slowly, while the mixture is beaten.
Finally, it is seasoned with a little more salt and pepper.

2 large egg yolks
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 heaped teaspoon dry mustard
1 level teaspoon salt
Freshly milled black pepper
275 ml groundnut oil
Wine vinegar or 4 teaspoons lemon juice
Example :
Mayonnaise is made from oil and eggs.
You make mayonnaise from oil and eggs.
