    It was a of detailed reports which started the monster boom. First, a visitor to the Loch, a young scout, he had seen a dark shape in the lake. He said it was a shape. A scientist decided the monster be a reptile. The local population thought tourists might be interested in monster . As a matter of facts, stories multiplied and they did efforts to trace the monster. The Press supposed that only a practical joker could invent this ridiculous story. Some people thought a whale had entered the Loch small. People thought the whale not find its way out. A film was made 'The Secret of the Loch' occasional glimpses of dark shapes.
