Present simple or continuous
Present continuous :
We use the present continuous for things happening at or around the time of speaking.
The action is not completed.
Example:
It is raining now.
She's learning Spanish.
Present simple:
We use the present simple for things in general or things that happen repeatedly.
Example:
My parents live in Paris.
I always get up at 7 o'clock.
