Brownies
During the holiday with our children, we make brownies all together. It's very easy, very fast and so good!
We have all the ingredients we need for recipe : 125g chocolate, 250g butter, 200g sugar, 175g flour, 3 eggs and 100g chopped nuts.
We make the cakes while following the recipe :
- My daughter melts the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. I turn off the gas cooker.
- My son adds the sugar. I mix the three all together. We add the eggs, flour and nuts. I mix again.
- We put the mixture into a buttered oven dish and we let it bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.
- We let the brownies cool down. We cut them into squares.
It's delicious. If brownies did not exist, they should be invented.
GLUTTONY IS NOT A BAD THING WITH BROWNIES!
