Present simple
Remember : - We add " s " or "es" at the end of the verb only when we use the 3rd person singular. He, she, it + verb ( without to ) + sHe, she, it + verb ( without to, ending in sh or ch ) + esExample : She always wakes up at 7 a.m to prepare herself for school.
- We keep the verb as it is for the other subjects.
I, you, we, they + verb (without to)
Example : They play football every day.
Negative form : subject pronoun + " do not " or " don't " + verb (without to)
I, you, he, she, it, we, they + do not / don't + verb (without to)
Interrogative form : " do " or " does " before the subject except for " to be " and the auxiliaries.
Do + I, you, we, they + verb (without to) + ... ?
Does + she, he, it + verb (without to) + ... ?
Example : Does your daughter live in London ?
To be:
Am + I + ... ?
Is + he, she, it + ... ?
