Let alone
You use the expression "let alone" to emphasise that something extreme or unlikely would or has never happened, because something else less extreme or unlikely would not happen or has not happened.
Examples:
I would never eat fruit because my teeth don't like sugar, let alone drink Coca Cola.
In the following test, choose the even more unlikely or extreme after "let alone".
